WI Spring Spectacular Jersey Sale Has $9,100 Top

The Wisconsin Spring Spectacular Jersey Sale was held Friday, May 1st at the Vernon County Fairgrounds in Viroqua, WI with the Wisconsin Spring Spectacular Jersey Show. Lynn Lee served as auctioneer, while Chris Lundgren read updates. The sale was managed by Dave Koss & Jason Steinlage.

Lot 1 topped the sale at $9,100, a first choice  female by Comerica, Tequila or Excitation from Avonlea BC Kept Secret VG89, consigned by Eric Lange & Jason Steinlage, IA.

 
 

Second high seller at $5,300 was Lot 35, Lost Elm Knockout Natalya, a Junior 2 Year Old fresh in March. She is a Norse-Star Knockout from a VG87 Ratliff Musketeer and was consigned by Jason Luttrop of WI.


Lot 43 brought $4,600, for consignors Chelsea and Nikki Karl, WI. CEA-N-Nik Impression Lavish is a spring yearling Rock-Ella Impression from an EX91 Giller.

Lot 44 sold for $4,300. Edgebrook HG Chandler is a spring yearling sired by Hired Gun from an EX90 Jade. She was consigned by Edgebrook, Franchise & Thompson, IA.

Rounding out the top five sellers was Lost Elm Hired Gun Payton, a Junior 3 Year Old Hired Gun consigned by Brad & Jessica Gavenlock of WI. Payton is out of a VG85 Gator and is due back in October with an Impression heifer calf.
