The top candidates vying to become Wisconsin's next Alice in
Dairyland will be announced in Green County on Friday. A press conference has
been scheduled at New Glarus Hotel in New Glarus, where the names of this
year's finalists will be made public.
Over the next eight weeks, the selected individuals will be
preparing for the three-day Alice in Dairyland Finals, slated for May 9-11
throughout Green County. The week includes agribusiness tours, interviews, a
discussion panel and Finale program.
The 72nd Alice in Dairyland will be selected at the
conclusion of the Finale program on May 11, which will be held at Monroe Middle
School. The event will also be webcast live on Wisconsin Ag Connection.
We will unveil the names and biographies of each of the women
on this website after the names are released on Friday, March 15.
