A steady increase in the culling rate of the dairy herd has led to a perceived reduction in milk production. The $20+ cwt, will ruin a long term price recovery, cuz the West has a quantity of good forage, IMHO. If you don't have a secure, daily market for your milk, 2020 could be a nightmare.
