The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.

On Tuesday, Charlie Arnot with the Center for Food Integrity will evaluate the impact that COVID-19 has had on consumer attitudes toward food and agriculture, and dig deeper into which trends will be short term and which will last.

Occupational Safety and Health Administration specialist Mary Bauer will joing John Raymond with the Medical College of Wisconsin on Wednesday to discuss how COVID-19 has affected the health of dairy industry team members, how this essential product is getting to market, as well as an update on the latest OSHA and CDC guidelines and vaccine progress.

And on Thursday, Dan Basse of AgResource Company returns for another analysis of agricultural markets and trends as we close out 2020.
