Milk futures on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange opened the week again in lower trade with little direction for cash markets.
June Class III milk down two cents at $17.31. July down 26 cents at $16.46. August down 24 cents at $16.99. September eight cents lower at $17.87. October through December contracts one to seven cents lower.
Dry whey unchanged at $0.61.
Blocks up $0.02 at $1.4725. One trade was made at that price.
Barrels down $0.0625 at $1.48. Three trades were made from $1.48 to $1.4925.
Butter unchanged $1.7850.
Nonfat dry milk down $0.01 at $1.2550. Five sales made from $1.2550 to $1.26.
