From Ft. Atkinson, WI, Jake Hushon had the duty of placing the Brown Swiss the Minnesota State Fair Brown Swiss Show August 31. When the dust settled, Pit Crew Genetics had swept the show. Their winning 4 year old, Pit Crew Legacy Tori-ET was chosen as Senior and Grand Champion. For Reserve Grand Champion, Judge Hushon went with the winning Junior 2 Year Old he made Intermediate Champion. Pit Crew Wonder Tada was named Reserve to her big sister, Tori.
The Reserve Senior Champion was the winning 5 Year Old entry of Carrie & Tim Demuth, Crescent View GK Jewel. Reserve Intermediate Champion was the winning Senior 2 Year Old, Rose Lane Bouncey Ball, exhibited by Arthurst Farm & Wencil Pronek.
In the heifer show, the "best heifer of the toughest class" walked away with Junior Champion. M&M Wonderment Shilo-ET was the winning Fall Calf owned by M&M Swiss. Reserve Junior Champion was the winning Winter Calf, Pine Oaks Mup Lil Jinx. Jinx is the daughter of the Reserve Senior Champion, and exhibited by Carrie & Tim Demuth.
