Car Accident Takes Four Lives in One Farm Family
A car accident took it's toll on a farm family in North Lawrence, New York. Donald Dana of Dana Farms and Jeff Dana of Beaver Flats Holsteins lost four of their family members today when the vehicle they were riding in was hit and exploded into flames according to the Watertown Daily Times.

The victims of the car fire were  Laurie M. Dana, 42, Jeff's wife, of  North Lawrence, a special-education/speech teacher at St. Lawrence Elementary School, Brasher Falls; Jeff and Laurie's daughters, Caitlyn, 14, who was to enter ninth grade, and Lauryn, 11, who was to enter sixth grade; Jeff's mom and Donald's wife, Janet Dana, 69, and Caitlyn's friend Shannon Planty, 14, a student in the Brushton-Moira Central School District.

Oh, my deepest sympathies and prayers for this family. Just another reminder of what a fragile gift life is. May God comfort the family in their loss.
