The Marriot Hotel has been taken over by junior Holstein enthusiasts as they begin their contests on the first official day of the National Holstein Convention in Indianapolis.
Tonight will feature the Indy Family Social night and auction of fantastic dairy industry memorabilia provided by Vicky Johnson, the wife of long-time Agri-Graphics photographer Craig Johnson. The band Wildheart will be entertaining the convention-goers, and based on their sound check and rehearsal this morning, it should be a good night.
